Measuring success and planning growth is much easier when you have a healthy comparative.
Our member Centers submit clinical, financial, intake, and staffing statistics to the Institute and complete a survey, which we then compile into an annual Statistical Report. This report contains comparative billed hours, compensation averages, non-counseling hours, assisted fee revenue, and more to help you make critical operational decisions for your own nonprofit counseling Center.
For example, when reviewing income sources, you may determine that your Center is skewed much more heavily toward fundraising than comparable practices, which can lead you to diversify income.
The salary survey is another critical component that helps you determine whether your clinicians are receiving competitive compensation.
Center data is reported in aggregate and contains no sensitive health information.
